Join BRINK! for a day dedicated to envisioning and building a more sustainable Belfast. Engage with architects, energy experts, and community leaders through discussions, workshops, and networking events focused on urban design, renewable energy, and community collaboration.

Start your day with coffee, pastries, and conversations on local sustainability initiatives.

10:00am–1:00pm: Blueprints for a Bolder Belfast
Hosted by the Royal Society of Ulster Architects, this session explores innovative urban design, sustainable housing, and the creative use of city spaces.

11:00am–1:00pm: Kombucha & Kefir Masterclass (Booking recommended | Price: Pay What You Can)
Join Kelley Hann from Wild Life to learn the basics of fermentation, taste seasonal ferments, and make your own sauerkraut to take home.

2:00–5:00pm: Power Shift: Plugging Belfast into the Future
Panel discussions on upgrading urban energy systems, community-led power initiatives, and building resilient, green infrastructure.
2:30-4:30pm: Introduction to Fermenting Vegetables with Kelley Hann (Booking recommended | Price: Pay What You Can)
Participants will learn the basics of fermentation, as a natural process that preserves food and increases the presence of gut-friendly bacteria.
