Wild hills / Cnoic fiáin
Event Description

Join forager and folklorist Aoife de Bhál for a guided walk through Cavehill country park. Discover the fauna, flora and fungi that call these hills home, and learn about the folklore they’ve inspired over generations. You will have the chance to sample wild food, unwind outdoors and connect with the land through the Irish language. This event is suitable for adults and children 12+ years.

Bígí le hAoife de Bhál faoi choinne siúilóid treoraithe fríd Beann Mhadagáin. Foghlaim faoin flóra, fána agus fungais a bhfuil ina chónaí sna cnoic seo, agus an seanchas atá spreagtha acu leis na glúnta. Beidh deis agat bia fiáin a bhlaiseadh, do scíth a ligean amuigh faoin aer agus nasc a dhéanamh leis an talamh trí Ghaeilge. Tá an imeacht seo fóirsteanach do daoine fásta agus páistí 12+ bliain.
