🎨Sunday 15th June – Arts of Change: Creativity and Climate in Action
Explore how art and creativity can drive climate action at BRINK!'s Arts of Change day. Engage in hands-on workshops, thought-provoking discussions, and inspiring film screenings that highlight sustainable practices and environmental storytelling.
Event Highlights:

10am–1pm: Young At Art – Sustainable Bag Design and Print Workshop
Kids and young creatives design and print eco-friendly tote bags, blending self-expression with sustainability. -
11am–1pm: Polly Garnett – Polaroid and Charcoal Workshops
Participate in guided photography and charcoal sessions, exploring nature and the role of arts in climate action. -
10am–5pm: Jessica Martin – The Dirty Painter (Exhibition)
Experience artworks painted solely with mud and water, showcasing eco-conscious artistry. -
2pm–5pm: Black Box – Recycled Materials Making Workshop
Create decorations from recycled items like toilet rolls, old CDs, and bottle tops in this interactive craft session. -
2pm–2:45pm: The Art of Green: Creating Sustainably, Creatively
Panel discussion on embedding climate-conscious practices into artistic work, featuring Jessica Martin, Stephen Beggs, Sarah Jones, and Polly Garnett. -
3pm–4pm: Tenx9 | Power Plants
Storytelling session where participants share personal tales inspired by plants. 7pm-10pm: Under the Stars, Against the Storm: Climate Cinema in the Open Air
