With Kevin Sheridan of Sheridans Cheesemongers
Kevin will host a special Raw Cheese and Natural Wine evening. You will be treated to a selection of Irish raw milk cheeses matched with natural wines. Kevin will chat through the wines and cheeses as we taste them and explore the role of micro flora in the development of flavour & aroma in these fermented foods. Followed by Live Music with Andy and Jan Oliver.
