Event Details
Join W5 and the British Council for a celebration of an innovative primary schools’ programme ‘A Bridge to France’, which aims to inspire engagement with languages and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths).
The programme brings together French celebrations, customs, culture, and language, with the discovery of the amazing engineering involved in designing some of the famous structures throughout France, such as the Eiffel Tower or the Millau Viaduct – the tallest bridge in the world!
Running over four months, the programme culminates in NISF with a celebrational event in W5 where schools will use their skills and knowledge gained over the course of the programme to compete to build the most outstanding 'Bridge to France'.
