GeoEnergy NI runs the Geothermal Roadshow through its state-of-the-art GeoEnergy Discovery Centre, bringing exciting, hands-on science experiences to schools and communities across Northern Ireland.
This free, appointment-based educational roadshow invites pupils to discover geothermal energy — the heat beneath our feet — and to explore how it could help shape Northern Ireland’s future in achieving net zero and energy security.
The GeoEnergy Discovery Centre features:
- Immersive and interactive exhibits, including Virtual Reality experiences
- Geological displays that explain how geothermal energy works
- Curriculum-linked, science-based activities designed to inspire curiosity and innovation
