After last year’s sold-out Gala Banquet event, we’re now offering another extraordinary and unique dinner experience that will transport you back to the Middle Ages - a period resplendent in spices, herbs and flavour.
This sumptuous five-course feast will leave you open-mouthed from beginning to end with its inspiring flavour combinations and playful approach.
The joint creation of Chef Paul Cunningham - four-time Chef Ireland winner and two-time Great British Menu finalist - and Dr Sarah Baccianti, an award-winning heritage event organiser and researcher in medieval medicine, this is a surprise dinner with a difference.
