The Evidence - The Science of Menopause | BBC World Service
Event Description

Every woman’s journey through the menopause is deeply personal and unique. But how does where you live shape your perceptions of this life stage and experiences of it?

In this edition of The Evidence on the BBC World Service, Claudia Hammond looks at how the menopause is viewed around the world and unpacks the latest science along the way.

Featuring Prof Joyce Harper - award winning Professor of Reproductive Science at the Institute for Women’s Health, University College London and Dr Nighat Arif - a GP specialising in women's health, family planning and menopause care, with over 15 years of experience working in the NHS.

This event will be broadcast on the BBC World Service at a later date.
