Join Cheese Maegdens Emma & Jo as they host a special evening of Irish Cheese & local drinks pairings in their Bushmills cheese shop. Taste your way to an understanding of the flavours, processes & heritage of Irish artisan cheese, expertly guided by food journalist & the UK’s foremost cheese educator, Patrick McGuigan (author of The Cheese Life and The Philosophy of Cheese).
You’ll discover the flavour characteristics of five artisan cheeses paired with five locally produced drinks (a mixture of alcoholic and non-alcoholic) as you learn what makes a great cheese and how to find its perfect partner.
