Have you ever been curious to go behind the scenes of how we train healthcare professional students in some of the most complex tasks they will be required to do in clinical practice? From managing a patient who is having a cardiac arrest, performing surgical procedures or treating a patient who is suffering from acute anaphylaxis? Then this is the interactive, hands on workshop for you.
Healthcare educators will take you on a deep dive into the world of simulation and how we best prepare our future healthcare professionals. In this immersive workshop, you will explore the fascinating world of simulation and how to use cutting edge technology - such as VR and humanoid manikins - to train the next generation of healthcare professionals.
Roll up your sleeves, don a pair of gloves and scrubs, as you prepare to step into the world of simulation in healthcare!
