Sourdough Skills

Food For Thought
Sourdough Skills
Event Description

A sourdough skills class hosted by Ciaran from The Hundredth Monkey Bakery, with breakout tutorials, mini workshops and some very bready experiments and even some bread tasting!

His sourdough skills class is an opportunity to work with perfectly prepared dough, to repeat the critical and difficult skills of sourdough baking at home. You will shape up multiple loaves and while they rest, enjoy an in depth science focused theory class from Ciarán, then final shape each of the loaves. You'll take home your best shaped loaf to bake in your own kitchen and tailor what you've learned on the day to the environment you will work in going forward.
