Science Sandwich: Can You Dig It?
Event Description

Join Dr Stuart Farrimond, a Sunday Times best-selling author known for demystifying science and debunking myths, in this enlightening session that promises to inspire your gardening journey with practical knowledge and scientific insights.

Whether you’re an old hand or a rookie, this session is for anyone who’s been left confused by gardening’s forest of gobbledygook and strange rituals. Have you ever wondered what a perennial is? What on earth is mulching? Why mustn’t you water plants in the middle of the day? Our adult egos make us embarrassed to ask, but Dr Stu will answer all these questions and more. You’ll leave with the confidence to dig it like a pro!

Price includes a sandwich and tea/coffee. Vegetarian and vegan options will be available but please contact stephanie@nisciencefestival.com with any further dietary requirements.
