Queen’s Biology Showcase
Event Details

Understanding and protecting the environment is one of the defining goals of our time. Whether it is exploring the weird and wonderful biodiversity of Earth, producing safe and nutritious food sustainably, or understanding and fighting diseases, the biological sciences play a key role in the questions society asks. Come and meet scientists from Queen’s School of Biological Sciences who explore the natural world and how we can better take care of it. Which species are at risk of extinction and why? What are the foods of the future? How are diseases changing with the climate?

Come and explore all of these things and more through talks and interactive exhibits!
