Puffin Rock & The New Friends (Film) | Earth Day 2024
Event Description

Join NI Science Festival as we celebrate Earth Day 2024 including film screenings and additional pop up activities in the Ulster Museum throughout the day!

Based on the award-winning TV series, Puffin Rock and the New Friends sees our family favourites, Oona, Baba, May and Mossy joined by a new cast of characters, as Isabelle, Phoenix and Marvin arrive on the island.

It's an action-packed story which celebrates our magnificent natural environment, and features themes of belonging, courage and friendship. When the last Little Egg of the season disappears under mysterious circumstances, Oona and her new friends race against time to bring the Little Egg home before a big storm hits Puffin Rock and puts the entire island in danger.

What is Earth Day?

Earth Day is an annual event demonstrating support for environmental protection and promote awareness about environmental issues. It originated in the United States in 1970 and is now observed globally in more than 193 countries.

The goal of Earth Day is to inspire people to take action to protect the planet and its natural resources for future generations.
