Maths Mile
Event Description

Maths is everywhere! Join us for a maths filled mile around Belfast City Centre stopping at the perfect spots to do some problem solving with your family. Explore the city centre through your mathematical minds any time during the festival.

We’ve worked with clever mathematicians to make sure that these problems are perfect for primary school children. Take a picture of your completed map and email it to belfastmathsmile@gmail.com to be in for a chance to win a prize!

This event is organised by Prof Vic Simms, Dr Abbie Cahoon, Dr Shauna McGill and Prof Colin Turner (Ulster University) in conjunction with ESRC funded Centre for Early Mathematical Learning.

Pick up printed copies during the festival at Visit Belfast or Ulster University Belfast Campus welcome desks or download the map here: MATHS MILE
