Event Description
This session, chaired by Clare Guinness (Director of the Belfast Innovation District), will explore the future of Digital Health and Med-Tech, bringing together thought leaders in academia, industry, the startup and entrepreneur community, and the public sector.
The vision for a Digital Health innovation ecosystem in Belfast is ambitious, and will see a step change in activity and the development of a cluster around key capital investments through the Belfast Region City Deal. Practical examples of the application of secure, connected, and intelligent digital technologies into the health sector will be showcased, along with industry views on how the ecosystem can flourish, and discussion on how collaboration can overcome societal challenges.
