Event Description

Archaeologists Bronagh Murray, Hannah Parker and Sapphire Mussen will deliver this hands on illustration workshop. A brief overview of the history of archaeological illustration will be presented, participants will then access a selection of artefacts and learn the conventions archaeologists use to create black and white pen drawings using a technique called pointillism.

Templates will be provided on the day allowing each participant to create completed illustrations using techniques learned during the workshop.
