This panel discussion brings together key voices from science, policy, and industry to explore the issue from multiple perspectives and consider practical, innovative solutions.

The panel features Chris Johnston, Project Leader for Environment and Renewable Energy at the Agri-Food and Biosciences Institute; Jonathan McFerran, Head of Excess Nutrient Policy at DAERA; Aileen Lawson, Assistant Policy Manager at the Ulster Farmers’ Union; and a representative from Stream BioEnergy, offering insight into industry-led and renewable energy approaches.
