Event Description
An introduction to rocket science from the ground up.
This event will consist of a talk and a live demo, tracing some very amateur attempts at rocketry and how it really is rocket science. We’ll start with the basic principles of what makes a rocket go, hopefully, up and touch on how to bring it back to earth again.
Interactive elements will include going hands on with air and water powered rockets to gain exposure to the simplest form of rocket engines.
