Join us from your kitchen for a fun and interactive online cook-along to get your taste buds awakened, your creative juices flowing and your food bin less over-flowing! During a live-stream, broadcast from Ulster University Nutrition Innovation Centre for Food and Health (NICHE), we will prepare several dishes with you using ingredients often seen as waste e.g. banana skins made into “pulled pork”.
The session will help educate families about how to reduce food waste and bring them together for fun and cooking meals with a difference.
