Cleanliness on dairy farms is critical for the farmer to be able to produce good quality milk. Mastitis is an infection that develops in the cow’s udder which affects the quality of the milk.

Through the use of videos and photos this event will focus on how the farmer can use a simple scientific technique that will help farmers identify if a Cow is starting to develop this infection. We will also explore the importance of good hygiene within the milking parlour that helps to prevent the infection from spreading.

Join us for what promises to be a fun and informative event.
