Tuesday 9 March, 9:00 am - 11:00 am

Suitability: Key Stage 1

Free. Book via director@armaghrobinsonlibrary.co.uk

In this online session – aimed at those in Year 1 and Year 2 – participants will be able to receive a guided tour of Armagh Robinson Library, Northern Ireland's oldest public library. With the Library celebrating its 250th anniversary in 2021, the session will look at the architecture of the building, with a particular focus on shapes and numbers. There will then be a retelling of ‘The Three Little Pigs’ by awarding storyteller Liz Weir before it is over to the pupils to try their hand at creating your own buildings in the classroom.
